A notary can facilitate an apostille for a document going out of the country by completing the SOS cover sheet required and delivering it with the document and processing fee to the Sec. of State (SOS) for processing, then overnighting it back to the customer in about 3 business days turnaround for CA. Other states processing times will vary. Most common requests are Power of Attorneys (notarized) and Vital Records (not notarized).
