About Apostilles

A notary can facilitate an apostille for you, for a document going out of the country by completing the SOS cover sheet required and delivering it with the document and processing fee to the California Secretary of State (SOS) for processing, then overnighting it back to the customer in about 3 business days turnaround.  Other states processing times will vary.  Most common requests are Power of Attorneys (notarized) and Vital Records (not notarized).

AYS offers expedited Apostille Services to fit your needs. We offer free review to verify eligibility, as all documents are not eligible for the apostille service. Some countries don't offer this service.

My service includes the state fee, my fee, photo confirmation of completion, and return shipping (Monday through Friday).
